Looks to me like you have not ran all the upgrades needed.

Make sure to run the upgrade to install the cache table as all your errors are telling me that it does not exist

I see your build doesnt look like the latest make sure to download the latest

I did upload the latest build and modified the config-inc and config-intr with correct information about the database and vB3. When I run upgrade, it says cannot connect to database.

I am able to reach the index with mysql warnings, however it doesn't show a link to the admincp. I changed servers also. Perhaps I need to change the settings in admincp as well. Is there a way to access admincp via URL?

I dont think you have the latest build.

The upgrade script was reworked and your's is not the new one.

Please realize it is never a good idea to try and replace config files with new ones also since some variables needed in some upgrades are retrieved from there as in the case of the 2.9 to 3.0 upgrade that your config is not going to have now.

What do I do with the config issue, reupload the old ones?

In would upload the old config-inc.php if you have it Its okay to leave config-intr.php as that filename changed anyway.

The upgrade script for 2.9-3.0 inserts your cookie settings timeformat etc into the database and those would be empty if they dont exist.
