adding fields...

Is there a way to add more category fields to the current ones? There are presently 6 by default and I'd like to add 1 or 2 more.

Also, is there a way to move those fields up above the large description box?

You can move the fields by editing the templates to show them where you want. As far as adding more you need to modify the scripts and database to add more

Which scripts and which table('s), and which templates will I have to edit?

Your answers are so full of thought. I mean really, Review post has what, 70 + templates, how many scripts, and what, 20 tables in the DB? How about taking a half a minute out of your time to help me out here.

Thanks

So the answer is, 'I don't know', or 'I don't feel like telling you right now.' Which one?

If you don't know, just tell me you don't know so I won't keep wasting my time asking you. I'd prefer it if you just said, "I don't know" or "Let me find out for you", rather than have you yank my chain with these bs answers you're giving me.

How bout taking some pride in your support efforts.

Hello

Hacking your code is not something we answer in a support forum since we do not support code modifications.

I don't mind pointing someone in the right direction or even posting a simple change for someone.

I have pointed you in the right direction. I told you the tables and stated you need to modify most all the scripts and templates. If you open the scripts and templates you shall see what I mean.

If you want some to start with try showproduct editproduct uploadproduct adm-misc etc

Omegatron,

That's all you had to say. Your last answers were extremely vague.

Are there any future plans to be able to increase the fields?

Well double edge sword here. If I tell people we dont answer hacking questions they tend to get more upset than giving them a general idea of what they need to do.

We added tons of new features in 3.0 probally more than most releases. It is a good chance you will see something like Photopost has in the next major release of Reviewpost

I understand...

I think this reviewpost has quite a bit of potential for my users.

I'm looking forward to see what future releases will have to offer.

Thanks again.
