Error: pp-inc.php on line 129

I just upgraded from 2.91 to 3.01 and got this error:
http://www.psdivers.com/reviewpost/
~~~~~
Warning: main(./languages/english.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/pnwhosti/public_html/x_psdivers/reviewpost/pp-inc.php on line 129
Warning: main(./languages/english.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/pnwhosti/public_html/x_psdivers/reviewpost/pp-inc.php on line 129
Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required './languages/english.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/pnwhosti/public_html/x_psdivers/reviewpost/pp-inc.php on line 129
~~~~~

I went looking for the $PP_PATH but can't find that either in the config-inc.php file (noted from another thread)

The upgrade.php seemed to go well, I got the Linked error message, but noted in another thread to ignore it... I tried the zipcode link but errored out, didn't figure I needed that..

Thanx

(ps, tried to submit this earlier, but Errored out Page not displayed so trying again)

Ok, think I found it.. it's the " $RP_PATH " so put in the full directory path

Not getting another error:
http://www.psdivers.com/reviewpost/s...php?product=49
Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/pnwhosti/public_html/x_psdivers/reviewpost/showproduct.php on line 112

also on this page (says the Your boards are currently closed!)

I bet you need to run the upgrade 2.5 cause your missing the thumbnail column in the categories table which was added in 2.5

fpoole September 7th, 2005 05:13 PM

2.5?
I just started (month ago) with 2.91.... fresh clean install.. and has data in it.. seemed to work fine...

I'm having problems logging in to the vbull cp.. page not displayed and the page in rp idicates the "board is currently closed"..

I try to log into vbulletin CP and can't.
Haven't changed anything in vb that I'm aware of..
It takes me to the log in page, but putting in the log in, it then errors out Page Not displayed.

I can get into rp cp ok and pp cp also..
Something closed vb...??

I'm able to register new and go through that process, but can't log in, even as a simple new user.

Well I cant comment on VB since we dont touch that package at all EVER. Looks to me like you deleted your login file.

As far as login to reviewpost admin and vb3 cookies all the way here. Your cookie prefix must be entered in the database setting 213 I beleive and your vblicense number must be in the config-inc.php file for you to login to reviewpost

fpoole September 7th, 2005 07:33 PM

Geesh.. that was it, the login.php was missing/deleted.
I wasn't even in there, oh well..

I'm able to log in to rp admin ok and everything looks OK.

So now I'm getting this error in rp;
http://www.psdivers.com/reviewpost/

Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/pnwhosti/public_html/x_psdivers/reviewpost/pp-inc.php on line 695

Cookies bb and license are set ok... (I think anyway)

fpoole September 7th, 2005 08:08 PM

hmm.... I'm not seeing the optional "Additional Categories" I had with ver2.91
as I had maps, links etc... now not showing and unable to create new ones???

Is that option gone? or where would it be?? I've looked in the admin area... RP that is..
thanx.

Chuck S September 7th, 2005 08:11 PM

run the upgrade 2.5-2.8 your missing your thumbnails categories table field that was added in that upgrade

fpoole September 7th, 2005 08:24 PM

Well,?
It got rid of the error message and the bulletin board shows, but have duplicates and some are missing and now can't access the products thru the bulletin board (RP) links..
http://www.psdivers.com/reviewpost/index.php

Me thinks it's getting worse, or can I just rebuild in the admin area..?

fpoole September 7th, 2005 08:44 PM

I'm thinking deleting, loading the back up, both DB and 2.91 and then going through the upgrade process again??

thoughts??

Chuck S September 7th, 2005 09:07 PM

Your site looks fine to me what are you talking about duplicates. Nothing in the upgrade duplicates anything

You seem to be missing showcat.php script though

http://www.psdivers.com/reviewpost/showcat.php?cat=1

fpoole September 7th, 2005 09:19 PM

Geezz that was it?? I reloaded the showcat.php and now it works..
I check the file sizes as I've had "Issues with CuteFTP " uploading -0- bytes, but it showed 23.68kb... so,
Ok, I think we're ok now.. will have to sort through it all and reorganize it... but should be ok...

thanx much... till the next time...

omegatron:

This one got us too when we first upgraded. I knew I had uploaded showcat.php and was getting 404 errors. After looking at the upgrade code, it looks like one of the older upgrades deleted showcat.php. So for those of us who had to run the older upgrades to get fields, even though we started with 2.9x, it got deleted.

Might be good to make a sticky post for other folks so that if they started with 2.9x and had to rerun an older upgrade, to make sure to reupload showcat.

Chuck S September 8th, 2005 11:00 AM

Yeah I see the typo in Michael's old upgrade for 2.8 it should be showgallery.php

// Files no longer needed
unlink( "$RP_PATH/showcat.php");

well I for new users who download I also placed the alter table to add thumbnails in the 2.9 upgrade so user's did not need to run the old upgrade to correct a past mistake in the upgrade process. The worst someone can have now is a mysql already entered error ;)

Cool, thanks.
