3.0 upgrade - error when importing zip codes

I know its from vb, but it has to be something involved with this step cause my whole site works fine.

Thats a VB error and the only thing I suggest is you turn off vb integration for the import of the zipcodes.

There is nothing in the upgrade that references or uses VB so there is nothing we can do. There are surely no VB references in the upgrade.
