Upload Link (uploadproduct.php) doesn't work

When clicking on the link to our /uploadproduct.php page, the page just comes up blank (like somethings is wrong/missing with the PHP).

The permissions for "uploads" and "data" and subdirectories are set to 777.

The "required" files are in the correct places/paths.

Any other easy answers or newbie mistakes?

Also, is there a way in the admin section to add products manually?

I've run into this same problem. Can you provide me with a possible solution or should I enter a trouble ticket?

I replied to Brad's ticket but make sure you uploaded all the files. I have installed a new reviewpost and see no issue and with things being a white page like that first guess would be missing template or language file.

Reuploading the files didn't seem to help, but what did was to complete the

CONFIG-INT.PHP Integration Variables

page. I hadn't been prompted to complete this page ("Edit Integration" under Administration) before. Some of the info on that page is for vBulletin which we are not using, but the top half on the page seems to be important

Now my next question is....

Under "ADMIN OPTIONS FOR BULK UPLOADS"

What kind of "files" are we supposed to put in the /uploads/2 directory?

Is there some info on the file type, layout, etc for these files?

That would be extremely weird Brad as the config-int.php file is not called anywhere in the program other that to be used for header-inc.php on vb3

anyway what do you mean what kind of files? Bulkuploading means you can ftp file types which you have set allowable which is set in admin upload options and check a few boxes and bulkupload products to the install.

Those filetypes are in admin

Here's what I found and omegatron can tell me if this makes sense or not.

I compared my Photopost config to my Reviewpost... "Path for JHEAD executable" was blank in Reviewpost. I copied my Photopost path and pasted into the Reviewpost field and the upload link now works.

I'm an electronics tech in the Navy... I've seen so many problems caused by something that has nothing to do with the problem. I love technology.

Just a few problems that might cause the blank upload page:

-Permissions not set to write for confgi-int.php so data not written in config.
-Path to ReviewPost Installation in config-inc should be the full local path, not "."

Found those after I installed it myself a few mins ago
