25 days and still no change log.

I'm not aware of any changes; I think that the date was reset when I accidently misupload a build to the wrong section (not RP). I've reset the date to avoid confusion.

RP is about to get a facelift with the vB3 Enhanced featuresets. There should be a new version in March.
