Wont let me download

Purchased yesterday.Received my email today telling me I could download.
When I click on download it starts to d/l then I get an error telling me it cannot open

C:\Documents and settings\John\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\BJHJFPCO\reviewpost284[1].zip

Email sent to support this morning ,but no response so far

Sorted. Changed from winzip to Powerzip and it worked first time
