VB Integrated Footer

Hello!

I have uncommemnted the 27 lines of code in the header-inc.php file as described. I also have selected use integrated style sheets in the admin panel. The header is showing up fine but the footer is not. Any clues? I am using vb version 3.0.1

I am getting the following error:

What is your columns set to in admin?
