Minor updates to fix a few files and use the new header-inc.php.

. header-inc.php has been ported from PhotoPost 4.8.5.
. version number in pp-inc.php updated (and edit config templates)
. vb3.php modified to support sessions

Once the vb3enhanced features of PhotoPost have been throughly tested, we will port them over to
Classifieds.

NOTE: header-inc.php has been modified to use new "auto rewrite" code and also to be compatible with the new code in place with PP4.8.5. As such, you should modify this file as you did the previous ones and uncomment the section that suits your setup and fill in the $vbpath and $ppath variables.

There are no database changes and no upgrade script is required.

Update gone through without problems - AutoRewrite works now like in PhotoPost 485vb3e.
