Export/Import Products

I am in the process of switching servers, and want to know the best way to transfer my old products/reviews into a new installation (new server)...

What is the easiest way to accomplish this?

Thanks -

depends on your situation

some servers you can autotransfer sites like cpanel to cpanel

You can tarball the site and upload the files

You can ftp and grab everything and upload to new site.

easiest obviously is if you have cpanel to cpanel transfer capability

I don't have cpanel on the new server... In fact, I will probably do a clean install (to get to the most recent version of RP) - and really want to just import all of the products/reviews I currently have...

I can & do backup my database - can I use that to restore a database?

Thanks in advance -
