Moved servers... reviewpost wont resetup now

I get this error when trying to view the site:

Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user: 'tfzadmin_forum@cuttingtheedge.com.theplanet.com' (Using password: YES) in /home/ureviews/public_html/ureview/pp-inc.php on line 58
I cannot connect to the Members database. [$php_errormsg]

In my config file I have specified the reviewpost database name, the username and password for the reviewpost database and my login is done through my forum so I have entered the forum database and a login and password for my forum. Because my forum is under a different domain name than what reviewpost is on, I changed the localhost under the forum username database to my forum domain. It still gives the error above. What do I need to change to get this to work? I don't exactly understand what the above error is even really saying.

Can somebody help me out?

It is telling you that you have entered the wrong database information to connect to the forum database

Sometimes when you move servers, your new DB will have a prefix automatically added onto it. If your prefix was 'mywebsite', your new host may have appended johhnyd to that name. You will now have to change this from 'mywebsite' to 'johhnyd_mywebsite'.

Make sure you have a valid MySQL name and password with the appropriate access set up for that DB.
