Move TopMenu above Header.htm

How do I move the topmenu() above the header.htm file? I have figured out how to modify teh topmenu() items - but can't locate where to move the actual header.htm file below the topmenu() line...

I am trying to move the topmenu() line above my header.htm file...

Thanks in advance...

Ok, I'm half way there... http://www.worthyreading.com

In menubar.tmpl, add the following line into the code...

PPPRINT;

include( "{$Globals['RP_PATH']}/header.htm" );

echo<<<PPPRINT

But the main page is still adding the header.htm file... Where is this called?

Thanks in advance...
