VB3 Integration on Windows XP

I have created a small test/dev environment on my Windows XP Home machine. Is it even possible to integrate VB3 with ReviewPost on Windows XP Home? I notice that the vb3 integration code for header-inc.php is unix-centric.

I am receiving messages such as:

PHP Notice: Undefined variable: argv ..
for the variables argv, stylevar,header, navbar and vbfooter.

Is it possible to run this on Windows XP Home?

Your php error reporting is set TOO HIGH. It is reporting empty variables WHEN ON A NORMAL ENVIRONMENT these are ignored and not thrown on screen
