Upgrading from 2.5.2 to 2.8.2

I am about to upgrade Review Post. Will this be the same procedure as the PhotoPost Upgrade? i.e. Upload all but Config/header/footer and run the upgrade from the reviewpost main directory? I downloaded 2.8.2 but there is not a change log etc like Photo Post had.

just needed to make sure the upgrade goes smoothly, any information is appreciated.

Thanks

Quick question, Is there supposed to be a change Log in the download for Reviewpost? It doesnt have a Documentation folder at all in the zip file.
