reviewpost.sql is missing. Please restart with file in same directory as install.php

Why am i getting this message when i try to install V2.8

It's in the directory and CHMOD'ed 777!

Okay well that problem is really a server issue not the software. The file is their and the software is looking for it in the same directory. Problem is your server is not allowing it.

Try the suggestion in this thread that I posted

Got another problem now though. My admin index shows up fine but if I try to access my main index of the reviewpost i get the following message.

I installed without imagemagik. So no pictures for now. Is it possible to revisit and change this in the future or is a new install neccessary.
