Connecting header-inc.php to vbulletin

I'm having trouble with connecting header-inc.php to work with the forums. I changed the the $vbpath to my document root path: /home/rocket/public_html/forums

and the $pppath to /home/rocket/public_html/reviews

I know this is the right server path, but is this where I should be pointing them?

the error I receive is this:

You need to fix this variable in your config file to the correct path.

$RP_PATH = "/home/rocket/public_html/reviews";
