Everybody can add products

Never mind

Well I thought I found the answer, but guess not -

I currently have RP set up for users and Admin to add products and reviews. However, anyone can add products without logging in or registering.

Here's the link

Review post is set up as the index page and vb3 is in a folder called forum

Sorry if this is one of those often-answered questions, but I've searched the forum and so far haven't found the solution. I've tried about every combination of the Usegroup settings.

Check you usergroup permissions again and also check your category permissions under edit cats.

I bet you have things marked for everyone to do everything

No, both are set exactly the same, but I went back to check jsut to make sure.

Chuck, I'm thinking this has something to do with the intergration with vb3. When I converted my forum from phpBB to vb3 I had a user called Anonymous that could post. On the user database, I changed the user level of Anonymous from 2 to 8 (banned). This didn't solve the problem. I'm wondering if I deleted Anonymous altogether if that would work.

But I could be totally off base on the problem. I know I have the Usegroup and Cats set correctly. Beyond that, I'll at a loss to know what I should check.

If anybody has any suggestion, I honestly don't know what else to check.

Well there should be no anonymous group. I beleive VB has a group called guests.

You can PM a site url and login and I can check what you have set which way
