Admin login stopped working... backup admin does work...

Well sometime this afternoon my main login Admin1 says successful when logginig into RP but it returns me to the RP home page as not logged it. Right after the thing flashes successfully logged in. I can tell it failed because the username welcome is not there. It just says welcome to reviews without a username. And of course it treats me as someone not logged in and my admin and upload options are not there.

I cleared all browser temp files, cookies, logged off everything then went back and tried again same thing.

I then logged out of RP and my IPB forum with Admin1 and then logged in with my backup Admin2 account and it works FINE in the IPB forum and the RP. I can see myself logged in and even admin RP using Admin2 account. Which I dont ever use, it's just a backup for occasions like this. Tried Admin1 all over again same problem. Admin1 and 2 work great in my IPB forum so the problem is that RP is pissed at Admin1.

Why did my Admin1 account suddenly stop working for the RP reviews only ?Is this a known issue ?

I've been trying for a few hours to get back in using Admin1 ..... I thought I was all set and done too but this just came out of nowhere. I was all finished and not working on it. This just popped up. AFAIK.

As all customers say "I didn't do anything" ;)

Thanks
LB

Update, I can go over to my Apple OSX system and my other XP PC and it works fine on both accounts. So its something with this PC. I've cleaned cookies and temp files. So maybe I'll reboot the silly thing. Disregard. Whatever happened seems to be cookie related or browser related, All I can figure.

Talking to myself again..... I rebooted and cleared cookies and finally got it working. It happened again so I cleared cookies again. Oh well at least I know how to fix it when it happens now.
