How do I edit the vbulletin 2 navbar in Reviewpost like is done for gallery in this post?

You can add a reviewpost navtab in your
vb
navtab manager until such time that we officially note we support
vb
4.2
Just a reminder there is no supported plugin for reviewpost so a forum navtab is not part of the default reviewpost install.
