Search Result, Not Clickable

Just noticed that our current search result thumbnails are not clickable. Could you please let me know which file/code to look into to fix this?

I would suggest you check out whatever code enhancements you have done as that appears to be your issue. If I try clicking a thumbnail all I see is that hover effect thing so your problem is caused by changed you have made not the supported product written by us.
