ReviewPost- Menu Item Navbar Plugin

I have installed a new installation of RP, and am trying to find the NavBar plugin that allows me to add a menu item called Reviews.

Where would I find this? This plugin was included in a recent upgrade you did of another site recently...

There are no vb4 plugins included in the supported code. You can check in the reviewpost mods forum there are plugins there
