Use Spider-friendly URLs

Simple question, I have a current RP site that has been working for a while.

Curious if I choose

Use Spider-friendly URLs? = SEO

What would happen on my site? Currently selected as Spider. If I switch to SEPO will it go back and redo my URLs? Or does it just apply for new URL's submitted?

Curious to others experiences?

Well if your server supports everything and your htaccess file exists in Photopost you should be able to select either none, spider or SEO and have the correct urls generated by the program.

Sorry, does it regenerate the URL's for all of the existing products? or does it only generate for new product uploads?

Alos, does the Mfg, and Product show up in the SEO URL structure?

The seo urls are generated for all the links in the program it is not old versus new.

The titles displayed to my knowledge in reviewpost is a variable called $ftitle or $fulltitle which is both manufacturer and title.

I would suggest you just flip the switch and view your urls

I turned it on, and it says page not found for any of my pages...

I re-uploaded the htaccess file into my install directory (/reviews), but still not working...

Just turned it back to "spider"...

Anything else I should check?

well I know mod rewrite has to be enabled and your server must allow you to use htaccess files. If your on windows then the htaccess rules would go into any iis rewrite place.

I've verified on my server that Mod rewrite is on, and htaccess is allowed...

Still saying file not found when going to a product or category...

The HTACCESS file has been renamed to .htaccess?

Not much more I can say other than that.
