I need the indexhead to go all the way across the screen above the sidebar with the sidebar in action it doesn't allow it all the way over. Normally I can do something like this and be rather easy but it seems that there is just way too many tables with in another for me to see what is what. Can you assist me in the right direction?

Yep you need to move the indexhead outside the td that contains it like where the menubar is.
