How are image folders named/generated? I am currently in the process of writing a small utility to convert our reviews system from a legacy app to reviewpost. One thing I am unclear on is: How does photopost/reviewpost/etc name the image folders and subfolders? I see that it's a long drawn out path like /data/0/0/1/2/1/0/1/etc... but I have no clue what the naming convention is. Chuck - Can you offer some insight into this? I want to make sure that when I move our tens of thousands of reviews to the new software, that the image directories line up the way they should. Thank you. |
Reviewpost not name any of our folders like that so not sure what product your referring to. Our 3 main applications Pro, Reviewpost and Classifieds all user a path like /datadir/categoryid/filename so it would be /var/www/html/reviewpost/data/505/image.jpg as an example as your path would be whatever your server path is. it is different for everyone's server but the structure is always as posted. Also to be able to post for support please read the announcement at the top of all the support forums on how to become verified so you can post. |
