Move/Delete not working

E.g. product:

lawyerhelpers.com/reviews/showproduct.php?product=1 (you can login with seovb/password1)

When I try to delete the product, nothing happens. I hover ovre the link and it says

javascript:sendInfoReq('productadmin','1');

Also is there a way to delete products/comments from the admin area?

well that login would not help since that link is only shown to admins. I have tried my site as well as a few others I have admin access to all appears well.

If you hit move delete link it is merely ajax which reloads a section of the page. The move delete box etc appears below the product information so have a look there as it appears to work on any site I have tested it on.

Sending you a support email with admin info but also what about mt other question regarding deleting comments?

You can not bulk delete reviews. You can view unapproved reviews in admin if any.

Products can be viewed under approve products in admin to bulk view products and mark deletion.

I will call support tomorrow. There are too many issues with the script. For example when I try to select a category on the "Approve / Bulk Actions" page in the admin area, It just goes to a blank page. Here is a screenshot lawyerhelpers.com/1.jpg

Also I sent you my admin login info because the Move/Delete does not work on my site - the ajax box does not appear anywhere.

Finally my last question is not about bulk deleting of anything. For example this product has 3 comments:
lawyerhelpers.com/reviews/showproduct.php/product/1/title/manufacturer-geforce256-32mb/cat/3

however I cannot find any place to delete any one of these comments.

Hello

I would suggest you contact your host about any white page issue as it would appear maybe a server issue white page that is. You can send me an ftp login to look at your files but trust me before I respond to you I have tested anything you have reported from my test site. There are no scripting issues so the result would be to see what server conflicts there might be that would cause that admin issue.

On your javascript thing if you turn off your enhanced vb integration does the box work? if thats the case then the contact for that issue would be some mod or code in your vb header that is causing your conflict. Maybe something to do with the custom site style.

You can most definately edit and delete a comment. On the right bottom side of the comment display is an EDIT link and you can edit or delete each comment as you see fit so no issue there.
