Host disabled exec - thumbnail resizing not working

Chuck,

As I mentioned in another thread, my host disabled exec and this affected my ability to extract EXIFs in Photopost.

The issue I'm having in ReviewPost is that thumbnail resizing no longer works. I was using ImageMagick, which I understand is dependent on exec, so I switched over to GD2, which is what I'm using with Photopost. However, even with GD2 selected, thumbnail resizing doesn't work. Can you point me in the right direction?

The ReviewPost installation is here: Main Index - Mu-43 Member Reviews

Thanks,
Amin

After looking again, maybe it is working, but the quality of the resizing is poor compared to before with ImageMagick. The full size image also doesn't look right.

Here's one a member uploaded since we switched to GD2: Hexanon AR 50mm f1.7 (AE Version) - Mu-43 Member Reviews

where is the preview image on your link page?

what is the quality when using GD2 in your upload options? Try setting a higher quality if you want.

For some reason, there is no preview image showing now with the switch the GD2.

I'm not sure. Let's leave it alone for now and see if I get anymore member complaints. In the meanwhile, I'm having another problem with Photopost Pro and will start a separate thread. Thanks, Amin
