Insert image icon unavailable

I'm reading that a reviewer should be able to attach their own image to their review, but the icon isn't appearing in the wysiwyg editor for me. Is there a configuration option for this that I'm not finding?

Now I see that the editor is controlled by my settings in VB ACP - but for some reason, the image and video icons are absent from my RP wysiwyg. Is this configurable?

were are you reading that we allow you to upload images in a review. I am unaware of any such feature. A product has images and you view that product. You can use bbcode in the form of the img tag.

how hard would it be to allow users to attach images to their reviews?

we are reviewing shops that provide artwork so it would be great if each reviewer could post a pic of the artwork they received in their review.

You can like I said use bbcode to link an image you have uploaded somewhere but there is no functionality to upload images to reviews and store those images in the product.
