How do I remove extra hyphen from the URL?

Using ReviewPost with SEO features enabled.

Referencing this post, I removed the $manu field and left the $title field. Everything works fine, but the URL now has an additional hyphen where the manufacturer would be listed. How can I get this removed?

Thanks in advance.

Well a mod question more than support question. That gentleman was talking I beleive about removing the manu part not title so that titles did not include manufacturer. You really do not want to remove both parts especially for SEO where variables are used like title.

I agree that you want those variables used for the title and the URL... but I only need one, not both.

Between product manufacturer or the model name, I just need one of these fields, not both. Is there an easy way to make it so the URL and the Title only grabs from one of these two fields?

Disregard. I followed your instructions from this post and that suffices for what I'm trying to do.

Thanks.
