Error when uploaded picture is being resized

I am getting the following error when I try to upload a 1024x768 picture:

Error creating resized original!
Command: "/usr/bin/mogrify" -quality 70 -geometry 800x600
Error code 1

I tried uploading a different picture that was 726x913 and it uploaded just fine. I was able to rotate it as well.

How can I remove this error so when I upload pics they are resized?

I am using GD 2.

And FYI - I tried uploading this exact same picture in PhotoPost Pro and it worked just fine, on the same server, exact same config settings with GD2 and usr/bin/mogrify so not sure what else to do? The Upload Options in both ReviewPost and PhotoPost are identical.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My suggestion would be check your upload options and compare them to Pro. Your talking about your using Pro yet your error tells me you have selected to use Imagemagick in your Reviewpost Global Options in admin so maybe all you need to do is go there and set your processor to GD2.

Error on my part... I meant to say ImageMagick... GD2 gave me all kinds of different errors so I installed ImageMagick and that's the option I chose for both PhotoPost and ReviewPost.

So to leave things with ImageMagick, the way they currently are, how can I fix this?

I have attached the screenshots of the Upload Options for both ReviewPost and PhotoPost so you can see they are the same. This is on the same server.

Uploading a larger photo that needs to be resized works great on PhotoPost. The exact same photo gives the above error on ReviewPost.

I'm running the very newest version of both if it makes a difference.

Have you checked your data directory permissions they are 777 at every level for every category?

Error Code 1 is a permissions error.

I use all of our latest products on Imagemagick and not seeing any problem there. The imagemagick lines are all the same between the products.

How about a real site link and test login?

I set the data directory to 777 and chose recursive so it made everything below it 777 as well. And other photos upload just fine, the error only shows with photos that are too large and need to be resized down.

It's on a test server environment right now. I'll move it to a live server and PM you a login.

Thanks.

yea there has to be something here your not seeing. The command lines for Imagemagick to my knowledge if your using our latest code should not be different.
