Random products don't change

I am running Reviews 5.0 and I have set random products to show on index page. The number of random products is 5 (on one row) but they never change. I have the same 5 products showing no matter what I do - opening the Reviews page(lets call this a "cold start"), or navigating away and then returning to the Reviews page or simply refreshing it. In all these scenarios the result is identical - the same 5 products will show on index page. Any ideas?

Do you have an example of where you mean so we can make an educated guess. If your talking about our code on our index they most definately would be random.

You sure your not caching the results with the cache in global options?

You were right on the money! I was indeed caching the results. Now I set this option to "No" and everything works fine.
