| additional Template install
On my website I can get the templates that came with the software to work but any of the template I install using your instructions do not seem work.It allows me to upload a new product but when I goto view the product using the different template it shows up blank. The Jolly Roger - Mouse Gallery
If I goto edit catagory and switch to the 1st catagory that came with the software it shows up fine. Can you steer me in the right direction to fix this ???

Have you actually created all the templates and language files and uploaded them to your site with the numeric if the ad type? You have set a category to that template type?

In edit product templates I created a template called out of park hotels it is number I.D. is 8 then I went in the templates folder and created a templates/editproduct8.tmpl,templates/reviews8.tmpl,templates/showcat8.tmpl,templates/showproduct8.tmpl
and I also did this for vb3 and vb4 just in case as far as the languages I didn't need to make any changes so I left those as is. then I created category's using the templates I created.I can upload just fine but when I goto view I see blank except for the menu bar at the top if I change the template in the editor to the one that comes with the software the product shows up.

you need to edit a specific category and select the template you wish it to run under.

Have you created those actual templates for the extra ones you have defined?
This goes to the heart of the matter here.
