Category image

Read the other threads about the issue and know how to do it but my problem is a little different.

Here is my setup

-Category 1 (no products)
--Subcategory 1 (products in here)
--Subcategory 2 (products in here)

-Category 2 (no products)
--Subcategory 1 (products in here)
--Subcategory 2 (products in here)
--Subcategory 3 (products in here)


Now my issue is this. My sub category's are the names of the company's who make the products. To go to a product and then select the make image thumb option sets the product picture as the company logo on the index page. I do not want that. I want the company logo there which should not be a picture of a product.

Is it possible to do this. If so, how?

You can only tag an image that exists on a product as the category avatar.

Can I make it a suggestion for the beta version to add this in? (choose a non product image for category thumbnail)
