RSS feeds

I wonder how I can output updates as they happen via an RSS feed so that I can display the headline etc in to my main site? I want to do this so that I can better promote the reviews area and get more people using it.

Your script has an RSS feed. The RSS link is right where they usually are in the right corner of your browser address bar.
