How do I get rid of this?

When someone posts a comment on a photo, this shows up in their post.
I would really love it if someone could tell me how to get rid of it.

That seems entirely impossible that did not work. That extra un_htmlspecialchars should make those paragraph html tags print as html.

Make sure you applied that change and reuploaded the file overwriting the one there.
