Set Number of Products Per Page

I would like to set the default number "Per Page" for showcat view.

I assume this is a database setting? But not sure where.

The current default seems to be 12.

The perpage default is always the number of thumbnail rows set in admin x3 and that it set by code in the showcat.php file.

I can't find the figure 12 in showcat.php

Well all depends what you want your perpage to be.

Say you want it to be 24 you could say find the code noted here and add the line in bold
