| where do I change a menu button wording at
I would like to change the wording on one of the menu buttons on the review board that now reads "upload products"
I want to have it read post review/add business
Can you tell me where do I change that wording at in the admin
Also,
when you post or upload a product or review there is a spot that says
"product manugacturer" and "product Model Name"
I want to change the wording for those also
Can you tell me where to do that at in the admin
Thanks

You can go under admin search language strings and change the strings as you desire.

I was able to change to of the words but I still can't change the main menu button at the top of the review script where it says login, member list, profile, search, home, subscriptions, watchlist, logout and Upload Products.
I want to change that Upload products
Have tired to change everything in the admin language search that says upload products but that main menu button never changes
Is that somewhere else in the admin?

I went in and searched for upload in the language strings and it gave me 6 pages available with that word, however, I can only access the ones on the first page. When I click a page number at the bottom to see more, it just comes up submit change with no other options for the word.
Also, I'm having the same problem I had about a week ago with not being able to post a review if I'm logged in as a regular registered member and not the admin. Before, I had to go change the setting in the usergroups, so I went back and checked that and their fine. But all that comes up where the "upload Product" menu button should be is "profile" when your a registered member.
I'm so sorry to keep bugging you, I've never worked with a script before and I appreciate your patience and quick responses.
Thanks

Not sure why you cant access pages. I searched get like 5 pages and hit the page and go to the next one.
You can always redownload the script and reupload the key core php files except config files.

Okay, first of all, I paid you to install the script for me, so there's no way I would know how to redownload the script, let along reupload the key core php files.
I can not upload a product when I'm logged in as a regular user (not the admin) When I click on a category, all I get is "subscribe to the category", there is no place in the menu bar to upload a product.
Can you go into my admin and fix whatever needs fixing and change the word upload product in the menu buttons (which is only visible when logged in as admin right now)to "post review/add business"

As I stated before I beleive in an email or helpdesk ticket if there are other issues we would need ftp access as you have changed this. If I look back at those tickets I beleive you said you would send us this and to date I do not have access to assist you.

I have never submitted support tickets to you. I have only asked questions here on the forum and had sent you one email with the same question that I asked on the forum, which you answered here, but did not reply to the email. Which I thought was fine. You never requested anything from me for any access at all.
I haven't changed the ftp access at all since you downloaded the script. I kept everything the same. So if you still have info from our download you should still have the same access codes that I do.
If you need anything else, additional, just let me know and I'll gladly send it your way.
Thanks

The ftp information you sent to use on that domain does not work so the password must have been changed. You can email me correct ftp info if you choose. I do remember telling you I had no problem looking into any issue but would need correct server logins so it was probally via email.

You must be having a spam filter issue or something.
Any emails you have sent I replied to so you need to check your spam filters.
However I will post again the same thing I have stated many times. the access you have sent does not result in a connection. The password is incorrect it tells me. I am not going to post your access publically here. You need to manually verify this yourself and make sure to get us the proper access especially passwords in any proper capitol and lower case as it appears and works.
I have tried every possible variance of that murray password as the second to last character looks like an l on your install docs and then the email you just sent you say its a lower i so something has changed with this information because we did not have this difficulty on install so your password has changed it appears. Remember if you can get into cpanel you can change the password to what your telling me it is. |

This is so frustrating. I was able to get into the c panel using the password I gave you. However, I have just contacted my hosting company and she has gone in and changed the password to somthing simply for you. I am emailing that now, please verify that you received that email.
By the way, I have no spam filters on my email account, so I don't know why I haven't gotten further emails from you.

I do not see any new emails yet. You are sending emails to support at photopost dot com right? Or through the contact us link above in our header. Those are the ways to contact photopost support.
Once I recieve the email I will try logging in and check out your files

By the way since you seem to have an email issue I have added you as a contact here so you should be able to private message me any details to your server.
All my replies to you are logged in our helpdesk and where sent back to the very email you sent it from the info email. At any rate you note you sent an email about 10:30 am today and two hours later I am seeing nothing in our helpdesk yet so I will continue to check.

I did just get an email from you again addressing one of the issues. I'm just replying back to the same address you sent it from.
Thank you for adding me so I can private message you. I will send the info there.
Thanks
