First,

How do I get rid of the "Price you paid" box in the quick reply and can I do this per category/subcat?

I would like to change, "Upload Products" to something a bit more specific.

I'd like to change some instances of "Products" to say something else.

That would be in your templates folder templates/uploadroduct.tmpl

If you use integration to vbulletin the template path is /templates/vb3enhanced/uploadproduct.tmpl

And lang strings for uploadproduct are in languages/yourlangfolder/showproduct.php

The price you paid is already in the downloaded product.

You can edit your language in admin edit language.
