how can i create a second link to post a note when you view a product ?

i mean : this one

Look at the link in the actual showproduct.php file to see how the link is constructed.

If the link is in the actual showproduct script or template should work fine.

where are you putting this link thats the problem

Your probally putting the link somewhere you cant because the product id is not defined and thats the issue.

Our discussion was about showproduct.php

Try using variable $product. $id is only defined for use in the actual showproduct.php file.

Not a problem as noted its all in where your trying to do something to know what variable is defined to use if there is one.
