Two problems in Reviewspost

Dear all,

we have installed an working with the Reviewspost software for round about two months. In this time I have found two problems and I need your support an help for that kind of trouble:

1) When I take a click in the Reviewpost admin panel under "Show quick comments box on product pages?" and select "No" then it happen... Nothing! The quick comment box is on every product page under every product. So what should I do? I don't need that thing!

2) Same procedure here: When I edit the usergroups and allow the registered users to edit their own reviews/products, then it happens also nothing! The users can't edit their own reviews and products.

Content visible to verified customers only.

2. this one you need to explain more as if you set them to edit they can edit if you set no then they cant edit

Thank you Chuck. I have number one implemented and it works well.

Okay, my fault. I select in the Adminpanel under "Edit Usergroups" under "Allow edit Reviews?" "Yes" for the usergroup "registered user" then it don't work properly. The user's can't edit their own products and/or reviews.

There are two switches edit reviews for reviews and edit products for editing products. They both work on any site I visit like like stated if you have an issue you would need to give us more info url integration type etc
