Lost subcategory ratings

I am having a problem, probably an error created by me, but I have lost my sub categories ratings in my Suppliers section of reviewpost, but not on my products section. They seem to be st up the same...

I can not make out your picture or what your trying to report here

I see ratings on the reviews your posting barely but I can make out they are like 8 or something

I have created several "Review Extra Fields" sections I use as subcategories for ratings. The responses appear under my equipment reviews category, but not under my Suppliers category.

Did you correctly when creating these fields use the APPLY TO CHILDREN checkbox? If you do not do this then they are not going to apply to subcats only the category you create them for.

Check box to apply these settings and permissions to all children

This is what is at the bottom of the category so when you do what you want to do at the one field make sure to check that box and hit submit

I looked at that and everything seems to be in order, Here are some better screen shots of what I'm speaking of. I can't find any difference between the way I have the products section set up and suppliers. The checkbox is selected to apply settings to subcats.

I go in and edit the ones w/o ratings and it doesn't take. I see the numbers are all reset to 1's, I change and update, but is still shows blank in the review. I hit edit again and it had reset back to all ones.

if you edit a review that does not have entries it will update the review with the numbers that are there and of course you have 1's if you dont change the entries so that appears right. I tested this before my reply to you so reviews appear to work fine.
