Width of my Comment boxes got changed?

Not sure if I am in the right section for this post but here is what happend.
My comment box for posting a review and also the quick reply comment box got squeezed. What I mean by squeezed is that the width of the box will only fit one character per line. Can someone tell me which file and what line of code to change this. Thanks

What files need to be fixed, I see that the quickreply files but all the message boxes are small.

The post review section has a small reply box as well. how do I fix that?

You would need to post a url and test login for us to see your site to see what you mean also if you have hacks that would affect the comment area please disable them.
