Editing a review

I've recently discovered that users are unable to edit their reviews after posting them- after clicking the "edit" button, all fields appear except the review editor itself. Is this a conflict with vBulletin 3.6.8? (I can, however, edit product descriptions, just not the reviews themselves)

Here's the content of my reviews1.tmpl template. Maybe there's an issue there as well:

Thanks for your help!

what do you mean by the editor does not appear? Possibly a conflict with your hacks or plugins try disabling your plugins in vb and see if your issue is okay.

I have tested a review and see the editor box so try placing a comment do you see the editor there. I would suspect a plugin or hack conflict.

Disabling the offending hack in vb will correct the issue.

Hi Chuck,

Simply stated, users cannot post or edit reviews. The window into which you normally type in your review just doesn't appear.

I've discovered that this has something to so with the upgrade to vB 3.6.8 PL1, as that release modified the class_BBCode.php file. I will try swapping back the file to see if it fixed the issue.

Unfortunately, swapping back class_bbcode.php didn't seem to fix anything. I'll have a look my RP templates to see if maybe I deleted something by accident, but I doubt that's the case.

You were right about the plugin conflict- a few weeks back I installed a plugin that moved the location of the smilie box, and it turned out to be causing the problem. The RP editor showed up after I disabled it.
