Unable to move file

Getting this error:

added 1 review worked just fine, and if dont add images works fine. also there were two // after data i removed one, still nothing. what can be wrong?

Looks to me like you need to revisit the install instructions on permissions. Your uploads and data directories need to chmod to 777 permissions at every level for uploads to work.

When I first uploaded a product with image, it went fine. That is because I did chmod the folders to 777. It's only when I tried the second time, it didn't work.

Okay so your data directory and uploads directory as well as any children of them at every level set to 777?

Is safe mode on in the PHPINFO
