Thumbnails Blurry

Hey Guys,

I have spent two weeks trying to figure this out and I can't so I am hoping someone can help.

The thumbnails are blurry/pixelated. See here.

My settings in upload options are:

Thumbnail image max width and height in pixels -100

Maximium width of displayed image on showpoduct (images will be resized down) - 250

Maximium height of displayed image on showpoduct (images will be resized down) - 250

Maximium side for a supersized image? (Larger images will be resized down) - 0

And I am using GD2.

Help! Thanks inadvance!

Check to see your site has GD2 and not GD1

In your Admin => PhpInfo link what does it tell you is installed with your PHP?

Looks to me like your GD is set to the wrong version in the global settings for what you really have on the server or your GD install is messed up

In Global Options you have your processor set to GD2?

You when installing set your data directory to every last level 777 permissions?

Chuck S May 18th, 2007 06:20 PM

On windows that means read write execute

You can send us an admin login to support@photopost.com but if everything is set right you may need to work with your host to figure out why your GD is not working
