How to copy recent reviews onto SMF forum?

I would like to have the Recent Reviews in the portal that I use for SMF, showing on the frontpage of my portal.

It can be a script or html or php codes, what are the codes that I need to use to copy that and show Recent Reviews onto outside ReviewPost?
