Remove : in Extra Field 1

I want to use an image instead of text for the description of Extra Field 1 in the Category setup. How can I remove the : (colon) from beside the image? It is actually under the image but would have been beside text like it is for the "keywords:" line above in the attached photo

Remove the colon from the showphoto template

Got it! Thanks Chuck. I also added some colons that were missing for some items to make it look uniform. :)
