error with image-inc.php

When i upload a product without an image, i get this error:

Warning: process_image(/home/mysite/public_html/reviewpost/languages/spanish/emails.php) [function.process-image]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/mysite/public_html/reviewpost/image-inc.php on line 607

Fatal error: process_image() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/mysite/public_html/reviewpost/languages/spanish/emails.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/mysite/public_html/reviewpost/image-inc.php on line 607

The product becomes submited but i get this. If i upload it including an image i get no error.
Wha'ts happen please?

what type of permissions have you set on that file that file should never be included in any uploads. Make sure the file is 644

you are right, i had a wrong 777.

But i also have this error when submit a comment/post:

and reviews.php is 644 chmod. What could it be?
By the way, which chmod has to have reviewpost directory?

You need to make sure your languages directory is 755 and the files underneath it are 644
