Review message box gone in MS IE only

I've had RP for quite some time and recently my members have reported that when they try to review an item in the database with RP that the message box to write their comments is missing.

However, it works fine in Firefox.

I've attached a screen shot from one of my users.

What version of the software? Url to install and test login

I dont see any issue with my test install

You have any vb hacks installed? Have you tried disabling them
