how do i remove copyright?

just upgraded and it put the copyright back in again, how do i remove this again?

my programmer says it's different.

same basic instructions tell him line 569 of pp-inc.php and do a search for Powered by Reviewpost instead od Powered by PhotoPost

This removes the powered by from the titles, but it still remains
in the footer.

Not if he comments out the line at 569 or deletes that line
