ReviewPost navBar pre login/registration question
 

Ok, I've managed to add the links I need to the navBar in ReviewPost by editing topmenu in pp-inc.php, but these only show when logged in. Which file do I edit to have the same links show when loggedOut/unregistered? Is there a special if User statement that needs to be added to pp-inc--if so, can someone post it please-- or is the same code added to a completely different file?

It all depends where you placed your links in that topmenu function. You probally placed them inside of conditional clauses so place them near the variables that are printed outside the conditional clauses
